Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Manage quote sheets, proposals, project accounting, purchase orders, vendor invoices, client invoices, and accounts receivables with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients through both written and verbal channels, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize account performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong financial insight related to quotes, client invoices, and other financial aspects of account management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
