Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lawn Care: Mowing, trimming, aerating, fertilizing, overseeding, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth.

  • Landscaping: Designing, installing, and maintaining plants, shrubs, trees, sod, flower beds, and hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. This may also include mulching, edging, and irrigation system management.

  • Snow Removal: Clearing driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas using plows, shovels, salt spreaders, and snow blowers. Applying de-icing treatments to ensure safe conditions.

  • Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Using and maintaining various landscaping tools and machinery, such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and skid steers.

  • Seasonal Cleanup: Spring and fall yard cleanup, including leaf and debris removal, pruning plants, and preparing landscapes for changing weather conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of grass types, plant care, soil conditions, and seasonal maintenance techniques.

  • Ability to operate landscaping and snow removal equipment safely and effectively.

  • Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring landscapes remain visually appealing and well-maintained.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with clients.
