Drive Innovation in Health & Wellness — Step into a Leadership Role in Supplement Manufacturing
We’re looking for a hands-on, process-driven Senior Production Technician who’s ready to do more than just operate equipment — someone with the initiative, attention to detail, and leadership potential to help guide our team and improve our processes.
This is a full-time, 1st shift position (Monday–Friday) with potential growth into a Production Supervisor role for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
As a critical member of our production team, you will:
Lead by example in executing day-to-day operations on the production floor.
Accurately weigh and mix raw materials following detailed production specifications.
Safely lift and handle 50 lb bags and other production materials.
Operate and monitor screw press equipment to extract product with precision.
Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized workspace ensuring readiness for each production cycle.
Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained to meet quality and safety standards.
Document production data and ensure process compliance with established protocols.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or process deviations.
Support a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across departments and assist in training new team members.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, brewing, or chemical production preferred.
Proven dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to follow structured, timed processes with precision.
Interest or experience in leading others, improving workflows, or taking on more responsibility.
Strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and safety.
A self-starter with a desire to grow professionally within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
