You will be working with a certified AP Mechanic performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs while adhering to industry standards and regulations. Your expertise and attention to detail will help maintain our aircraft in optimal condition.

Top Notch Personnel has a local to Wichita client that needs temporary AP Mechanics!
The client has two airframes in for Class D inspections and they need them back in the air asap. You will be working with a certified AP Mechanic performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs while adhering to industry standards and regulations. Your expertise and attention to detail will help maintain our aircraft in optimal condition.
In this role, you will be assisting to complete the following:
- Aircraft Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on aircraft to ensure they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
- Pre-flight Inspection: Verify the mechanical systems' integrity before each flight to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
- Record Keeping: Develop and maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, inspections, and reports related to parts or services in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manual Consultation: Refer to maintenance manuals and specifications to identify correct procedures and specifications for replacements or repairs.
- Part Installation: Efficiently install new parts to replace or repair defective or recalled components, or to enhance aircraft performance, while ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address mechanical problems through visual inspections, pilot or crew reports, and implement effective solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other mechanics and aviation personnel to complete tasks and projects efficiently.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the maintenance department's overall goals.
