You will be working with Account managers and clients by providing accurate information for proposals, obtaining quotes for projects, vendor purchase orders, invoices and managing projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist Account managers with setting up, editing, managing and completing various projects and administrative tasks for their customers.
- Assist Account managers with quote sheets, proposals, invoicing and account receivables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Account managers and customers.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions with them.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services the company provides.
Qualifications:
- Prefer Bachelor's Degree
- Sales experience beneficial
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel
- Computer skills, including map reading
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel as needed to industry conferences, client meetings, etc.
- Must be dependable, hard-working and very detail orientated
- Teamwork is important, must be able to work with others successfully
