What You'll Do
As a Commercial Loan Officer, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses achieve their goals by:
• Identifying lending opportunities and structuring customized financial solutions
• Analyzing financial statements, cash flow, and credit information to make sound lending decisions
• Managing and growing a commercial loan portfolio
• Partnering with local business owners to support expansion, investment, and success
• Networking in the Wichita community and becoming a trusted resource for local businesses
• Working closely with credit and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a relationship-builder with strong business acumen and a passion for helping businesses grow.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial lending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis and underwriting
- Proven business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to independently manage loan opportunities from prospecting through closing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
