We’re looking for a driven and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across the Wichita area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on running job sites, driving schedules, and delivering high-quality commercial builds from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Lead on-site operations for ground-up and renovation commercial projects
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
- Take full ownership of schedule, safety, and quality execution
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Review plans, specs, and project details to drive accurate execution
- Proactively identify and solve challenges to keep projects on track
- Partner with Project Managers, architects, and clients to ensure success
- Conduct site meetings and provide clear progress updates
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
- Proven ability to successfully manage commercial job sites from start to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
- Deep understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and safety
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with construction management software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
