We’re looking for a Banking Loan Operations Process Manager who gets energized by untangling loan workflows and building better ones. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for improving how we board loans, process payments, maintain files, and stay on top of compliance across mortgage, consumer, and commercial lending.
You’ll dig into our end-to-end operations, spot gaps, streamline systems, and lead changes that boost efficiency, accuracy, and the customer experience. If continuous improvement is your happy place, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Rebuild and optimize loan servicing processes to make them faster, cleaner, and easier for everyone.
- Lead improvement projects including automation, system updates, new tools, and make sure changes stick.
- Partner with Lending, Compliance, IT, and Loan Ops to keep processes aligned, transparent, and consistent.
- Document workflows so our teams are always audit-ready and in the know.
- Create training materials, run workshops, and support teams through new processes and system rollouts.
- Champion a culture of innovation by piloting tech, gathering feedback, and keeping up with industry best practices.
- Track KPIs, spot trends, and drive data-backed improvements.
- Regularly review workflows for compliance, accuracy, and reliability.
What You Bring
- Around 5 years in banking loan operations including process-improvement experience.
- Proven experience in project management and system/process overhauls.
- Experience working with loan servicing systems.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field (bonus points for a Master’s or process-improvement certifications).
