Ability to prioritize jobs for completion, expansion, & preventative measures.
Oversight of maintenance team & management style that encourages quality and best efforts practices.
This is NOT a desk job & will be hands on (hydraulics, fabrication, high pressure autoclaves, presses, water jets & milling machines).
Confers with management personnel to establish layout, flow and utilization of equipment to best support the needs of the business.
Develops and implements a Preventative Maintenance Program supporting the needs of the manufacturing environment.
Seamless ability to effectively communicate with temporary employees, engineers, management, customers and executives.
Utilizes problem solving skills in order to met budgetary demands and coordinate between departments.
Pay based on experience & previous work history.

Good understanding of mechanical, hydraulic & machining troubleshooting.
Organized & proficient with computers for tracking information & communication needs.
