Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for maintaining the functionality and appearance of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained living or working environments for tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls
Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues or needed repairs
Assist with turnover duties such as painting, unit cleaning, and minor remodeling
Maintain grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and exterior upkeep
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized services
Keep accurate maintenance records and logs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in property or facility maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Availability for on-call rotation and occasional weekend work
