We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to analyze project costs and develop accurate estimates for upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, industry experience, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and high-quality project execution.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to analyze project costs and develop accurate estimates for upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, industry experience, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment costs based on project specifications.
Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and proposals to determine project scope and costs.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy in pricing.
Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain and update cost databases and documentation for future reference.
Present estimates to clients, project managers, and stakeholders to support decision-making.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction estimating or cost analysis.
Skills: Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
Software Proficiency: Experience with estimating software.
Certifications: Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or other relevant credentials (preferred).
