What You’ll Do
As a Trader at our clients Financial Advisory Group, you’ll step into a hands-on, high-responsibility role at the heart of our investment operations. You’ll be the go-to expert who ensures our advisors and clients experience seamless, accurate, and strategic trading support, all while helping shape the investment direction of one of the region’s most rapidly growing advisory firms.
Your day-to-day will keep you engaged and growing as you:
- Drive the execution, setup, and ongoing management of portfolio models, ensuring they operate at peak precision.
- Collaborate with a high-performing Portfolio Management Team on rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, model updates, and large-scale transition projects that touch portfolios across the enterprise.
- Monitor portfolios, identify variance, troubleshoot alerts, and proactively resolve issues before they hit an advisor’s radar.
- Work directly with advisors to deliver speedy, accurate ad-hoc trades and asset movements that keep client plans on track.
- Contribute to market, security, and portfolio research—you’ll be more than “the trader”; you’ll be a true part of the investment brain trust.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63
- 3–5 years of experience in wealth or investment management
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Envestnet trading tools (Worksheet, Folio, Tamarac)
