As a Commercial Loan Processor, you’ll be the engine that keeps our commercial lending running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure each loan moves efficiently from application to closing, accurately, compliantly, and on time.

What You’ll Do
- Process commercial loan applications from start to finish
- Order, review, and track third-party documentation (appraisals, title, insurance, etc.)
- Prepare loan files for underwriting, approval, and closing
- Ensure documentation meets policy, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Communicate clearly and proactively with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams
- Keep multiple loan files organized, moving, and on schedule
- Help deliver seamless, professional borrower experiences
