What You'll Do
As a Licensed Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services and creating an outstanding customer experience by:
- Filling, verifying, and accurately dispensing prescriptions
- Counseling patients on medications and healthcare needs while ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and OBRA '90 regulations
- Building strong relationships with patients through friendly, personalized service
- Administering immunizations and supporting community wellness programs
- Monitoring controlled substances and assisting with inventory management and compliance requirements
- Managing inventory, ordering products, reviewing invoices, and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with third-party account reconciliation and inventory balancing
- Promoting pharmacy services, wellness programs, and over-the-counter products
- Coaching, training, and mentoring pharmacy team members
- Collaborating with store leadership and other departments to support pharmacy growth and community outreach
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Staying informed of regulatory updates, company policies, and pharmacy best practices

Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree and active pharmacist license required
- Ability to maintain all continuing education requirements needed for licensure
- 1+ years of pharmacist experience
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) experience is a plus
- Immunization certification or ability to become certified
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices
