Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work a physical job, and capable of handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness throughout each phase of production. This is a Temp to Hire position that work M-F, 8am- 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to instructions.
- Lift and handle 50 lb bags of raw material and mix components safely.
- Operate and monitor a screw press to extract liquid from processed material.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring equipment is cleaned thoroughly between production batches.
- Follow strict safety, quality control, and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain detailed production records and adhere to processing timelines.
- Identify and report any equipment issues or process deviations.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, food processing, brewing, or chemical production is a plus.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in production.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work in a structured environment with timed processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- Commitment to cleanliness and organization in a production setting.
