We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with at least 5 years of hands-on machining experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment depending on department needs).
• Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
• Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Program CNC machines using G-code and/or CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Identify non-conformances and troubleshoot machining issues to improve process reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including setup sheets and production logs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to meet job requirements.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience required.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with CNC programming (conversational and/or CAM-based).
• Experience with quality control inspection and measurement tools.
• Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on precision components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
